This memorial website was created in the memory of our beloved Clifton Stepney Clifton C. Stepney was born on January 1, 1956 in Baltimore , Md to Leroy and Marthalene Holland of Calvert County, Md . He soon after grew up and attended Calvert County Public Schools and Lincoln Technical Institute. He later  joined the military and soon after married the lovely Janet Hart. Clifton Stepney was the best father brother and friend anyone could have ,He worked for Clearmont Construction known as Southern Md Hospital back in the 90's and at the time  he was responsible for Heavy equipment operator and Landscaping there. You could ride by the hospital and appreciate the beautiful arrangements of The exceptional layout. He also did jobs for friends with their yard or trees and homes because he liked perfection. He helped his friends or neighbors and family the best he could with anything they desired. Cliff loved to fish and he also enjoyed playing horseshoes . He had a passion for cooking and would prepare any meal asked for In any event and made sure dinner was ready every night. He was our professional Chef!The Lord God called him home to rest on March 1st 2015 at Southerrn Md Hospital at approximately 11:58 am. He was survived by his parents Leroy and Marthalene Holland mother in law Mary A. Hart. Wife Janet Hart Stepney, children Melissa Dennis, Clifton Stepney Jr., Melvin Stepney, Michael Stepney, Martinez Stepney. Siblings, Martin (Shirley) Holland, Sam (Laverne) Holland, Daniel Gorman, Venita Holland , Donna Lee, and his brother Glenn Holland proceeded him in death, Special to the family Terri Hutchinson and 6 grandchildren. A host of  sibling in laws,uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, other relatives, family and close friends.
