Survived By: His Father,Mother,Brothers,Children, Grand Children,numerous nieces,nephews, Aunts,Uncles,Cousins and many other family and friends throughout his community who were blessed enough to have experienced Danny's generous spirit and heart.
DANIEL "DANNY" RIOS, 51, a resident of Pojoaque, N.Mex. was surrounded by many of his family and friends when he slipped into the loving care of our Father on Sunday, October 23,2011. His spirit will be received lovingly by his grandparents, Pablo and Julia Royball and Jesus and Ramona Rios. Danny was greatly loved by his family and the community he gave so much to over the 51 years of his life. Danny had such a generous heart, would give you the shirt off his back if you were cold, would take the food from his plate to feed you if you were hungry, would give shelter to you if you didn't have any. Truly a servant of the Lord. Oh yes, we know him to be a stinker, getting himself into trouble but that's who Danny was..And that's why so many love and miss him so very badly. He was so endearing, with such a great sense of love, laughter, humor, strength. Always looking for ways to help someone, Always looking for the next job to do. Always wanting to keep busy running in and out of his mother's home with a hammer, or a saw, saying, I can't stay I have to go do this job over here or over there. Many times not even getting paid for the excellent work he did for so many in his community. His family would tell him, "Danny did you get paid for doing such a beautiful job?" He would respond, "No, they couldn't afford it and they needed it fixed so I fixed it!" Then he would gather his tools and off to the next neighbor that needed something fixed.
We miss you Danny, there is a tremendous hole in our lives and our hearts now that you are doing the work the Lord has for you to do. Rest a little and enjoy your everlasting peace from pain and sorrow. God Bless and keep you always. **AMEN** |
