In Memory Of Ma. Diocelle De la Rea (Dii) Conde

Dii is beautiful young lady who peacefully left us and joined our creator at the age of 26. She is a good daughter, a loving sister, a loyal girlfriend and true friend. At a young age, she had been to places and had experienced the different colors life offers. She grew up very independent and responsible. She loves her work so much and she has always been dedicated towards her professional and career development goals. As a young professional, she is strongwilled and always ready to fight for her principle and for what she believes is just and right. Being in the Quality and Training team, she had received numerous commendations including the Best Quality Evaluator Award which she treasures most.

Energy has always been a part of her life. She goes to the gym and she loves surfing. She has never been hospitalized until her first and last attack of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) with secondary of Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome (APAS) disorder which kept her confined directly to the Isolated Intensive Care Unit of The Medical City last November 3, 2009. She was given the best treatment by the well-knowledgeable medical practitioners but everything seemed to be late. The activity of the disorder has conquered her heart which caused her demise. She died last November 8, 2009. Her deep last breath was rightafter our mother and I has prayed the Holy Rosary at her bedside around 7:09 in the morning- it was a Sunday. It was a very painful moment seeing her go, knowing that she would never be with us again.

God has always been our family's source of light and strength. We miss her so much. We love her always and she will always be remembered.

We will never be tired of praying for you, now that you are with God in Heaven together with all His Angels and Saints!
