Donna Marie Smith came into the world on May 6th 1970, her parents sheila and Louis were very protective of her as she was premature. She weighed just 3lbs and looked like a little doll.  Louis had big hands like Shiva and he could hold the newborn Donna in the palm of his hand! She was born in to a large loving family with brothers and sisters Nina, Eric,  Keith,  Julie, Nick, John, Debbie, Wayne and 2 years after Donna,  baby Scott Donna went to park primary school and then later on went to Danum high school.  At the age of 13 she was diagnosed with diabetes. Donna enjoyed all sorts of music.  Playing all her favourite tunes constantly. Donna had a few best friends in school including Shelley hall and Joanne. Donna was a crazy sort of person.  Always doing things spontaneously! Often involving her friends in her craziness. Donna was a dear mum to Rebecca, 22 years old.  And James,  20 years old. She always put all her energy into being a fantastic mother.  Rebecca and James are very greatful for what Donna has provided and done for then over the years. Donna was a bubbly fun and game for a laugh type of person.  She never let anything get her down.  Until Donna's father,  Louis passed away in 2009. This hit Donna hard.  She still managed to keep on going with life even with the severe heartache she suffered with loosing her father.  Donna was a fantastic Nanna to Bradley 5 years old,  and Nathan 3 years old.  She loved the 2 children to bits and often spoilt them both rotten. Donna had a partner,  Paul.  Although they didn't get to spend all the years together that they would have liked,  there relationship was full of a life time of love. The day before New Years eve,  Donna was admitted into hospital for observation. She quickly went downhill and had to be out into an induced coma as her organs began shutting down. Family members visited her in hospital hoping she'd make a full recovery.  But sadly,  on the 3rd of January 2015, Donna passed away. Donna's passing was neither predicted or expected.  It was so sudden the family are still in devastating shock.  Rebecca and James where both with Donna as she passed away.  She ran freely and grew her wings to be beside her father where she longed to be for 6 years.  Fly high beautiful,  rest in paradise.  Always in our hearts, forever in our thoughts xxxxx
