An arrow of light

signed by<3
He was an arrow of light Seeking the answers Always trying to do what was right Came out over great odds Raised in the struggle he had to fight Sometimes he lost his way Sometimes he lost his sight But could still see through the fray But above it all He always had love for everyone around Would for anothers smile scale any wall He stood proud and tall Not one moment did he regret And even when for love he would fall He was the brightest arrow of them all<3

Intro text

This memorial was created in the memory of our beloved Douglas Bercini who was born in Charlotte, North Carolina on 19th December 1995 and passed away on 30th March 2014, 18 years of age. He was a loving and caring person who would give the world to see another smile. He had a rough life, filled with struggle but he always found a way to make it through and have the courage to hold his head up high and trade his own happiness for others. He would want everyone to be smiling for him, and no matter what he loved even those who hurt him. He was an outstanding individual who will be always loved, remembered, and in our prayers <3

Dear family of Douglas, My heart goes out to everyone. When the pain of death strike our heart, only GOD's words can ease the pain. (Psalms 83:13;Hebrews 4:12) May your FAMILY find comfort in these words stated at JEREMIAH 29:11 " For I myself well know the thoughts that I am thinking toward you, is the utterance of JEHOVAH, thoughts of peace, and not of calamity, to give you a future and a hope." (NWT Bible) May GOD's loving kindness be with your FAMILY, Contact me for more scriptural encouragement if desire.

I am so sorry for your loss. One day soon, all human suffering and distress will be a distant memory. May you find comfort from the scriptures where Jehovah God promises that man's enemy, death will be a thing of the past. Note Revelation 21:4 which says "And he (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."
