Most of all he looked forward to his daily visits and the nightly phone call from his faithful and loving wife of 55 years; his “Tootsie”, Doris.Fulfilling the promise made at baptism, Pastor Druckenmiller has now returned 'home' peacefully.  He is survived by his widow, Doris R (Waite) Druckenmiller, Sons Donald and Michael with his fiancée Maureen, granddaughters Cameron, Haley and Catherine, as well as his brother Robert and Sister-in-law Sally in Delaware.  His brothers David Druckenmiller and William Hain preceded him.  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.Funeral service will be held at Our Savior Lutheran Church,505 S Main St., Thomaston, CT on Sunday October 4 at 2:00pm with the Rev Wayne P.
