John 5:28-29
Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life.

Here is a cherished woman: a devoted wife, a loving mother, a caring grandmother, a Christian minister, a teacher, and a woman of courage.  A precious life given in service to God, taken by God to live forever and ever in His presence.

Gracefully, she passed through this world - sharing her love and wisdom with each step she took.

Romans 6:3-9
3 Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4 We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his. 6 We know that our old self was crucified with him so that the sinful body might be destroyed, and we might no longer be enslaved to sin. 7 For he who has died is freed from sin. 8 But if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him. 9 For we know that Christ being raised from the dead will never die again; death no longer has dominion over him.

Romans 14:7-9
7 None of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself. 8 If we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord; so then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord's. 9 For to this end Christ died and lived again, that he might be Lord both of the dead and of the living

2 Corinthians 5:1
1 For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

 Revelation 21:1-5
1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. 2 And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband; 3 and I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Behold, the dwelling of God is with men. He will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself will be with them; 4 he will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain any more, for the former things have passed away."

She was my favorite aunt and my last aunt. It was sad to hear of her passing but I know she was looking forward to seeing all the love ones who had gone before and most importantly her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Imagine the reunion in Heaven! I remember the times that Aunt Eula let my sister and I jump on Miles's trampoline in the back yard. Very fond memories! My deepest sympathies. John, Dawn, Jack, Courtney, and Shawn Bratcher.

When I think of my mother I always think of Aunt Eula because they were such close sisters. The world has lost another great woman with the passing of Aunt Eula.

This is to honor the number one all time lady of Southwestern. We salute her one more time. She blessed hundreds of young people and all age groups with her life and prayers. As a partner of the great Dr. R. O. Corvin, her contribution to our lives will never be forgotten. She was a very special lady to us. Our goodbye is only temporary. We will meet her in the morning. All our love, M.W., Laverne, Peggy, and Sam Murr

I am so humbled & privileged to have Sister Corvin in my life. She is an amazing woman! I enjoyed the times we spent together in Mountain Home, Arkansas so very much. Wonderful memories. My Mother met her there, & we had a great time. My Mother went home in 1998. I always knew Sister Corvin was interceding for me & my boys. I loved her. She was inspiring to me. We had serious times & joyful times. Her laugh, her smile, her beautiful eyes, her wisdom, her insight, her commitment to Jesus...» read more

Thanks for the legacy of the Corvin family. Becuase of their vision and faithful service, I, and so many more, have been trained and inspired to carry His Gospel to the world. May He be the "God of all comfort" to the family - the One who comes to your side and carries your load - during this time of loss and in the days ahead. Blessings.

I would not have made it to where I am today had it not been for this blessed lady. I know she and my Grandmother, (her sister) are in heaven right now trading Ga. vs. OK. recipes!

Sweet and gentle; graceful, loving, and kind. She practiced peace each day. Her joy was in her service to God and family. She inspired me throughout my lifetime. I will miss her and my hope is to see her one day in Heaven. I am sure she is there now, shouting up and down the golden streets of glory, praising God, looking upon the face of Christ Jesus, with those that have gone before her - her husband, sisters, brothers, mother, father, and all the saints. What a reunion! What love! That...   » read more ...

Eula was such a gracious caring lady. I was in her bible class at Southwestern in 1949/50 and she was a very good teacher. Heaven has surely gained an angel. Thanks for creating this page with family pictures. It brings back so many memories!
