Amazing Hannah Danielle Rowley. Her love for God and life touched all who knew her!

Written by - Susi Rowley (mother)

At only 8 years old, Hannah lived a life that honored God and encouraged others to seek Him in a way that most people don't even accomplish in a life time. We miss her dearly and are looking forward to our reunion at the tree of life when we get to Heaven.

Hannah was such a gifted child in her early childhood that it was not uncommon to have people, who wittnessed her amazing vocabulary and incredible clarity of speech which began at 6 months, come up to us and tell us that she must be a genius. We always knew that she was very special but didn't realize how God was going to use her for His glory and to make such an impact on those around her. She accepted Christ as her personal savior at the age of three and a half years of age and was very excited to share her faith and joy with her friends and family.

Just a few short months after she accepted the Lord, she was diagnosed with childhood leukemia. Her amazing attitude and the depth of her faith was truly inspiring. She was given strong odds to recover and had several unexpected side effects that changed some of the doses of chemotherapy she would recieve. All along she continued trying to be like other children. She loved her animals. We always used to say that our children were so blessed because "Mommy" has horses and "Daddy" has a candy store! She loved to ride horses with me and was only able to do so while wearing an uncomfortable mask to keep the harmful dust from causing more problems for her because of her low immune system. She loved riding english and jumping! She went in horse shows at our local arena. The people there loved her so much that they have placed a memorial plaque near Hannah's favorite Mullberry tree by the arena. We picked Mullberries and made pies one summer and she so wanted to continue in our little tradition. The candy store was another favorite place to hang out for Hannah. One christmas season we were especially busy due to a television spot that channel 2 covered on our handmade candy canes so Hannah came and helped make canes and pick chocolate strawberries. She was so strong and helpful. She truly was amazing.
