My adorable baby niece was born into my life against all odds. When her mother was in a bad car crash on her way to the hospital for early labor everyone thought the baby would have died but it turned out for the better.
Two days after the accident my niece was born at 1:01 am and weighed in at 4 pounds 3 ounces. She was a cute baby and seemed to be healthy as could be. But there was a problem that caused her to be rushed to the NICU. She was only there for a few weeks and then was allowed to go home.
Shortly after Christmas her mother went into the nursery to find her beautiful baby girl having a seizure. She screamed for help and once her Sister arrived she began CPR while my nieces mother called 911. At 6:18 am my sister was given the choice to unplug her daughter or leave her. My sister chose to unplug her and held her untill her death at 6:31 am. |
