I'll never forget the day I found out that I was pregnant, tears strolled down my face - I think from shock and excitement as I left the emergency room and I was a little confused as to what I would do and tell everyone back at home when I got there, I was more worried about Daddy's parents finding out and how they would react to the news. Daddy was there next to me, holding my hand and making sure the morning sickness would get better. Even though things were rough with my Diabetes and I was in and out of the hospital for two months, we weren't about to give you up.

The four months that followed, we will cherish for the rest of our lives, your little hands and toes in the ultrasound pictures, Daddy's nose, every time I got to hear your little heartbeat and watch you move around, your little footprints on the birth card, your baby blanket that they wrapped you in after your birth. It's like having a lifetime of memories with you, Kyla and even though we didn't get the chance to meet you, to see you open your eyes, you will always be our little girl. The day we had to let you go, you took a part of us with you and we will have a part of you with us forever. We love and miss you always.
