Survived By: Sisters Jimmie Joycelynn Cox and Janice Kaye Anders.
Son Thomas Downing and daughter-in-law Sandi, daughters Gwen Tucker and son-in-law Timothy, Deborah, and Sherri Brady and son-in-law Rob and daughter-in-law Janet.
Also survived by an extensive family tree of generations of Children that called her Mamaw and Mimi, to include, but not limited to the following, grandchildren; great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and tiers of branches of the great- and great-great-great branches of family she called her own.
Grandchildren: Kim, Pam, Tina, Jimmy Ray, Anthony, Timothy Jr. , Kenney, Trey, Brian and Regina.
reat-grandchildren: Angelia, Zachary, Blake, Timothy III, Ronnie, Jeremy, Natasha, Tiffany, Donnielle, Dannielle, Jispi, London, Cody James, Raven and Sebastian.
Great-Great grandchildren: Katelynn, Robert, Alexander, Jaylee, Race, Jessica and Joseph.

Last night while shopping for a turkey, I ran across a Duck in the frezer case!!! couldn't help but smile:-) As the kitchens start to warm up and the stores are busy with shoppers preparing for the Big Day ~~ I wanted to stop to Give Thanks for all my many Blessings. Life comes full circle... it's Been a year since we all got together to enjoy Thanksgiving together. Your kitchen was buzzing with life as we shared prayers, laughter and a wonderful meal. There were many missing, but they were with us in prayer. I pray that we all continue to remember the true value of family & togetherness as you taught it to each of us, and to always remember that the real gift is in Each of Us as we stand United.

Marie was my best friend for over 20 years. I can still hear her laughter as she lit up the room at ARC; where we worked together. She was so caring about others, and her smile touched so many people. She will always have a place in my heart. I can look up at the sky at night at the brightest star and I know she is watching over her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren because she cared and loved them so much...and everyone she met grew to love her, also.
