Michael Glen Hicks 25, departed from us on June 30, 2015 with his devoted mother by his side in Alexandria, Virginia. Michael was born March 13. 1990 in Fairfax, Virginia to Jessie Hicks and Timothy Booker. Michael was raised in Fairfax Virginia were he enjoyed his childhood riding his bike, playing outside with friends. Michael was also a very active young man into sports as he liked to play basketball and football. Michael was a good-hard Redskins Fan. His room was full of burgundy and gold. He enjoyed being in the company of his nurses, watching television and enjoyed taking walks with his mother when the weather permitted them to. Michael graduated from Francis Scott Key Center at the top of his class.Michael is survived by his mother Jessie Hicks, father Timothy Booker, grandfather Wallace Major, two brothers Terence Hicks, Anthony Hicks and sister Denise Hicks-Oppong. Two Aunts Celestine Jones and Ida Mae Hicks who also cared for him. His loving niece Dream Hicks and Nephew Ian Hicks. Cousins Nicole Hicks, Kent Hicks, Raymond Hicks, Kimberly Hicks, Lashanda Mason, Markeita Hicks, Ronald Hicks, Shyla Hicks and Shaheem Hicks.We know Mary Hicks and Ethel Hicks welcomed Michael with open arms on June 30,2015 as he enter into the kingdom of heaven.
