This memorial website was created in the memory of our beloved Michael Higginbotham who was born in Jacksonville on 4th February 1960 and passed away on 29th January 2012, 52 years of. Michael (Mike) Higginbotham passed away January 29, 2012 at Baptist Medical Hospital. Mike was born in Jacksonville, Florida on February 4, 1960. Mike was a true outdoorsman and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved to spend time on fishing boats deep sea fishing or down at one of the hunting clubs he frequently visited. Mike was predeceased by his mother Emma Jo Higginbotham. He is survived by his daughter, Kaley Higginbotham. Michael is also survived by many nieces and nephews and his loyal best friend Lin Hamilton. Friends are cordially invited to visit with the family at the Stewart home on Mahan Drive, Sunday, February 5 from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM. A service at graveside will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, February 6, 2012 at Oakland Cemetery in Tallahassee.
