Phyllis Ann Cook went to be with the Lord September 22, 2010. She was an amazing woman full of love and adventure. She enjoyed painting, jewelry, and watching her favorite nascar driver Jeff Gordon. She will be greatly missed by her husband Louis Cook, her children Louis Cook II, LuAnn Souders, and her grandchildren Louis Cook III, Kelly Rose, Parker Fogle, and Michael Souders.
