Today would have been my Dad,s 94th Birthday. He passed away 3 months and 9 days ago. It is very difficult to not be able to see his loving face any more. I will miss him and my beautiful everyday of my life. God Blessed our whole family by giving them to us. Today I honor both of them and know that they are now once again happy and together. It's been a few months now and today would have been your 94th Birthday. I took some time to drive by the old house in Copperton today. Had me thinking of great memories, and good times with great people. I'm sure you are celebrating with friends and Family that you have been reunited with today, and I just wanted to thank you for being the Man you were and for the blessing that God gave me of having you in my life. Happy Birthday, missing you and Grandma today but smiling and thankful for the w...» read more

My brother Dave got married in Tucson and we were there a few extra days so we went to the airplane museum with Grandpa. He was like a tour guide giving us all of the details about the planes on display. It was amazing to hear his recolections about planes that were 50 years old at that time. That's just one of my fond memories of him. He was a great person and will be missed by myself and many other people.

Grandpa, I thank the Lord for the blessing he put in my life of having you as my Grandpa. Your wonderful laid back personality combined with strong work ethic, generosity, sense of humor and overall kind treatment of others has set an example for the whole family. One thing that I will always treasure is how you and Grandma complimented each others personalities so well. I would love sitting at the table with you, in the little kitchen there in Copperton. You would give my brother and I a little...» read more
