This memorial website was created in the memory of our beloved Sarah-Mae Walker (Hamilton) who was born in Brooklyn, NY on 12th July 1949 and passed away on 4th March 2015, 65 years of age. Our beloved Mother and Grandmother Mae Mae was a kind soul who considered everyone family. She leaves behind five kids Marvin, Abreena, Alexander, Robert and six Grandchildren Martina, Maddielynn, Mario, Marcus, Charmaine, and Chantel also many foster children. She was always looking to help anyone .She always had a smile on her face and made everyone she came in contact with smile . We would like anyone who knew Grandma Mae Mae to join our service and celebrate her life.
