Survived By: His daughter, Ocean,Aunt Lois and Uncle Dave, his fiancee Sabrina, and many dear friends.

Tanner was an amazing man who affected every life he touched. Though he suffered through hard times, he was always the one to stand by you and give them hell when you were down. He was truly loved and will be missed by everyone who knew him. I was his best friend, I knew him better than anyone, and that's why I know that he wouldn't want us sitting here moping and crying about his loss, he always said "it ain't a party without the Goveman" and he's right... It's not the same without him. He had it all, his daughter, a sweet 5 year old who loved him in a way that only a 5 year old can , friends to stand by him no matter what he was going through, and a woman, who above all else, loved him so deeply and so unconditionally that she was willing to give up her entire world just to be with him. But alas, tragedy struck, and we must now band together friends, for Tanner, and let him know that even though we've lost him in body, we still feel him here in spirit, and we will never forget the passion for life and love that our 'Sweet T' had. As the memorial service has passed, we will be holding an annual memorial for Tanner on his birthday, May 18th of each year. Details will be released via email to all interested in attending these services.
