Survived By: His wife Eva Polakow. His daughter and son in-law, Elizabeth and Leonard Kolomyec. His son Sergio Pankrat. Children; Peter Polakow, Paul and Mary Polakow. Grandchildren; Leonard Kolomyec, Melanie and David Maschke, Christine and Ed Pulaski, and Desirre Pankrat.


The viewing/service will be held at 9:00 am, Monday, May 19th at Our Lady of Joy and Sorrow Russian Orthodox Church. The burial service will follow, and be held at Saint Vladimir's Cemetery.
